Well-designed lessons with an individual approach

Methodology

How the lesson is structured

Each lesson has a clear structure — the exact content is always adapted to the age, previous experience and individual abilities of the children.

Warm-up and getting used to the water

A calm start to the lesson, safe entry into the water and initial exercises.

Practising the basics

Orientation in the water, breathing, floating and basic swimming skills.

Technique and games

Work on selected swimming techniques, supplemented with water games according to the children's level.

Cool-down and consolidation

Calm swimming, repetition of new skills and a positive end to the lesson.
